MTM Sankranthi celebrations on 11th
Maharashtra Telugu Manch(MTM), an association of telugu people in Maharashtra, is planning to organize the sankranthi celebrations in a grand manner on 11th of January from 9am on wards. 'The main objective of MTM Telugu Vaari Sankranthi Sambaralu is to develop Telugu Culture and consolidate all Telugu organisations at Maharashtra State level . It also aims to strengthen the relationship between Telugu and Marathi culture and to promote and help entrepreneurship among Telugu people' said Jagan Babu, President of MTM.
Governer of Maharashtra, CH.Vidyasagar Rao will be the chief guest for the event, he said. 'We have invited Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao for the celebrations. Hope they will attend the event and help to strengthen the bonding between people of Maharashtra and Telugu states' he added.
He further added that over 10,000 Telugu people from all parts of Maharashtra will attend the event who includes Business people, IT professionals, Literary persons, social workers, Sports teams, Youth, Working class etc. Film stars, Festivals, Religious events, Cultural shows, Exhibition stalls, Film orchestra, Talent shows etc will be the main attraction at the event.
Jagan Babu requested Telugu people from across the Telugu states and Maharashtra to attend the event and make it success.
