Nita Ambani met Naidu, presents Rs.11 Cr cheque to CMRF
Hyderabad, November 15: Nita Ambani, wife of Reliance Group chairman Mukesh Ambani, today along with other prominent women enterprenuers met chief minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu and presented a cheque worth over Rs. 11 Cr to him towards Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
The high profile ladies flew down to Hyderabad from Mumbai early Saturday in Nita Ambani's own Air Bus flight and drove straight away to Naidu's Jubilee Hills residence in a cavalcade of luxurious vehicles.
Naidu in anticipation of these high profile visitors is learnt have cancelled his official work and made sure to be at home to extend a warm welcome to them.
The delegation of women enterprenuers led by Nita Ambani has spent considerable time with Naidu reportedly discussing his plans to build new capital and re-building the cyclone ravaged Visakhapatnam city.
Later the group had a photo op with the CM before Nita Ambani presented a huge cheque to Naidu towards CMRF. The delegation of women entrepreneurs, besides Nita Ambani, consists of Usha Mittal, Pinky Reddy, Juhi Chawla and others.
