Pawan ropes in Kona for GS 2
The superlative success of Pawan Kalyan Gabbar Singh rooted for preparation of script for sequel Gabbar Singh 2 by Racha fame director Sampath Nandi.
Sampath waited for a longtime to direct Pawan Kalyan for Gabbar Singh 2. However, the project never took off wasting two years of time for Sampath Nandi. Sampath moved to another project and the film finally it lands on hands of director Bobby.
Bobby has already prepared an entertaining script for which Pawan Kalyan has given nod but suggested to make a few changes for much better and gripping narration.
As per reports Pawan roped in his best friend and star writer Kona Venkat to suggest some changes to the script. Film Nagar sources are saying, Pawan Kalyan, who was not pleased with the work of Bobby called his friend and star writer Kona Venkat to evaluate the script and dialogues line by line. So, Kona Venkat is the new name in Gabbar Singh 2 title credentials as writer.
Meanwhile pre-production works for the movie are going on in full swing and Sarath Marar is producing the movie. Its already known that Anisha Ambrose was chosen as female lead opposite Pawan. The movie will go on floors in this month only. Devi Sri Prasad is music director.
