Singer's husband is 'Srimanthudu' second hero Actor Rahul Ravindran, who shot to fame with movie 'Andala Rakshasi', has been roped in for an important role in Mahesh Babu's upcoming movie 'Srimanthudu'. Rahul will be playing an important role in 'Srimantudu' directed by Koratala Shiva. Koratala Shiva announced this news through his micro blogging page.
The director took to Twitter and wrote, 'Happy to announce that Young and talented @23_rahulr (Rahul Ravindran) is a part of our movie for an imp role with superstar @urstrulyMahesh.'
Rahul expressed his happiness for being part of the film. "Happy to share that I will be a part of the Mahesh sir-Siva sir project. Will be a privilege to silently observe and learn from Mahesh sir. And Siva sir is one of the nicest Human beings I have met in the industry," Ravichandran shared on Facebook.
Rahul Ravindran recently married with singer Chinmayi Sripada. Rahul introduced to tollywood with Andala Rakshashi film and later he appeared in films like Pelli Pustakam, Nenem'Chinna Pillana and Ala Ela.
Slowly but steadily, Rahul is making a mark for himself and if he can prove his mettle in the towering presence of Mahesh it will highly helpful for his career. Shruthi Haasan is playing lead role in the flick opposite Mahesh. The movie is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers and will also feature Jagapati Babu, Rajendra Prasad and Sukanya in important roles.
