First Look: Jyothika in her comeback film
Heroine Jyothika is all set to make her comeback. She will next appear in Tamil remake of last year's Malayalam hit "How Old Are You" .The film marks actress Jyothika in a comeback role after seven years and it has been titled ൬ Vayadhinile".
The film is produced by Suriya under his home banner 2D Entertainment and it is said that Suriya even has plans of releasing the movie in Hindi, Telugu and Kannada as well.
The first look poster of the movie was released on women's day by the Jyothika's husband and actor Suriya, who is also debuting as a producer with the movie under the banner 2D Entertainment. The story emphasises on women empowerment and shows how every woman should come out of her restrictions to dreams and reach heights.
Jyothika, who is known for films like "Kaakha Kaakha", "Vettaiyaadu Vilayadu" and "Manmadhan", was last seen in 2007 Tamil film "Manikanda". She quit acting after the birth of her daughter Diya in 2007. Three years later, she was blessed with a boy, Dev.
"How Old Are You" had turned out to be a big hit in Malayalam. So, the makers of ൬ Vayadhinile" are hoping that the Mollywood magic will work in Tamil too. The movie is directed by Rosshan Andrrews, who helmed the original as well.
