Touted to be a family entertainer, the film is directed by Trivikram Srinivas who last worked with Bunny in Julayi. S/O Satyamurty features Adah Sharma, Nitya Menen and Samantha Ruth Prabhu as female leads. Sandalwood Real Star Upendra has played a significant role in the movie.
