And unlike regular celebrity weddings, the wedding of Jagapathi Babu's daughter is taking place as a hush-hush affair. Jagapathi Babu's eldest daughter Meghana entered into wedlock on March 8 with an NRI. The wedding ceremony was held at Hotel Westin in Hyderabad.
The marriage was a private event and some of the close friends of Jagapathi Babu from the film fraternity attended the ceremony. Venkatesh, Arjun, Ramya Krishna and Murali Mohan were spotted at the event having a gala time
The Sangeeth event also took place amidst celebrities and good friends of Jagapathi Babu like Arjun, Vimala Raman and Sonia Agarwal etc.'Meghana' has been in USA pursuing her MBA in Lowa University. She fell in love with Chad Bowen and the duo dated for one year and finally decided to marry.
As the marriage was low key affair Jagapati Babu came up with explanation and asked his fans to forgive him. Jagapati said that everything was happened all of a sudden just because his family doesn't want to let go a good muhurat.
''I was unable to invite a lot of people dear to me. I couldn't even given proper information to fans and Telugu film lovers. Forgive & Bless My Daughter."' Said Jagapathi babu
Jagapathi proved open-minded enough to accept a foreigner as his son-in-law.
