First Look: Homely Anjali turned hot for 'Chitrangada'
Telugu heroine Anjali ran into many controversies in recent times. She is although popular in Telugu and Tamil with critics appreciated films to credit, Anjali did not grow big in stardom. Anjali last film Geethanjali, produced by Kona Venkat turned out a surprise hit.
Geethanjali movie was performed well at box office and the Raj Kiran directorial has entered into profit zone in several areas. Now Anjali has accepted to feature in yet another thriller flick and it was also female oriented one. Anjali will be working with director Ashok of 'Pilla Jamindar' fame and it will be a comedy thriller. The film was titled as Chitrangadaa.
The first look of the film was out on Ugadi day and Anjali appeared in revealing costumes. This latest project won't be in the lines of Geethanjali and it will be a all new subject.
After this news there is a rumour being circulated stating that Anjali has grabbed the offer from the hands of talented Anushka. But Anjali had cleared the confusion that they are two different films directed by the same person starring Anushka in one film and Anjali in other one.
