Manchu Lakshmi film won National Award
National awards for 2014 have been announced and Manchu Lakshmi starrer Telugu film "Chandamama Kathalu", which is directed by Praveen Sattaru won National Award under Best Telugu film category.
The film was released last year but failed to prove as commercial success.It is a heartwarming film that has eight different stories.
It have stories of struggling writer, a fallen model, an aged couple, a greedy Muslim girl, a municipal worker, a beggar and others.
Lakshmi Manchu, Aamani, Naresh, Krishnudu, Chaitanya Krishna, Abhijeet, Naga Shourya, Vennela Kishore, Amitha Rao and Richa Panai played the lead roles.
