Rama Navami celebrations at Tirumala
Tirumala, 13 Apr. 19: As part of Sri Rama Navami celebrations at Srivari temple, grand Asthanam will be organised on April 14.
In connection with the festivities Lord Rama and his consort Sita and Lakshman will ride on the Hanumanta vahanam at night on the mada streets and bless the devotees.
The TTD plans to celebrate the Sri Rama Pattabhisekam on April 15th on a grand manner at the Bangaru vakili.
Earlier in the day the holy ritual of snapana thirumanjanam will be performed utsava idols of Sri Rama and others and Asthanam is performed at the Vendi vakili on April 14.
In view of the festivities of Sri Rama navami, Asthanam and Pattabhisekam, the TTD has cancelled the Deepalankara seva on April 14 and also the Vasantotsavam on April 15. Other arjita sevas will be performed as usual.
