BJP conspiring to privatize Singareni Hyderabad, April 7, (INN): Government Whip Balka Suman expressed his disappointment over the decision to auction Singareni coal mines, calling it both unfortunate and unnecessary.
He criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly attempting to transfer Singareni to his friend, Adani. Suman argued that a profitable company should not be undermined and accused Bandi Sanjay of spreading falsehoods about Singareni. The MLA addressed the media alongside Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao and MLA Peddi Sudarshan Reddy at Telangana Bhawan in Hyderabad on Friday.
Suman pointed out that despite issuing auction notices three times, no one has come forward. For the fourth time, an advertisement has been placed for the auction of four coal mines. He expressed disappointment with BJP leaders for their contradictory statements on not privatizing Singareni.
Suman reminded that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao had written a letter to Prime Minister Modi, requesting him not to privatize Singareni. He questioned why coal mines were not allocated to the company if Singareni was not being privatized and criticized BJP leaders for their inconsistency.
Suman alleged that there was a conspiracy to transfer Singareni to Adani and warned that BJP leaders would not be permitted to visit Singareni areas in the future.
