Youth dies, father injured in attack
Hyderabad, Aug 25 (INN): In a ghastly attack, unidentified persons killed a 19-year-old youth with boulders and his father critically injured under Narayanguda Police Station limits on Wednesday. According to Inspector Gandhi Narayana, the victims have been identified as Boorngu Naresh and his father Boorngu Rajaiah native from Medak district.
The father and son have settled in the basement of Shiva Shakti Aparments in Narayanguda after migrating to the city to eke out their livelihood as labourers. On Tuesday night some unidentified persons attacked them with boulder while Naresh and his father were in deep sleep and ran away.
Naresh died on the spot due after the right side of his face was smashed by the boulders while his father survived the attack. The bleeding victims were noticed by neighbours who rushed them to hospital. Naresh was pronounced dead while Rajaiah is undergoing treatment.
Police registered a case under section 302 and 307 IPC against unidentified persons and further investigations are on. Naresh body was handed over to the family members after autopsy.
