Accused stabs associate to death in court premises Nalgonda, Sept 21 (INN): In a shocking incident, an accused in a murder case was killed at the hands of his co-accused after a tiff between the two at the district Court, Miryalguda in Nalgonda on Tuesday. According to SDPO Janardhan Reddy, the victim Bandari Konda (25), alias Kondaiah was an ex-convict and a resident of Vijaya Town, Miryalguda. Kondaiah, along with his associate Khaja Moinuddin were on bail and had arrived in court to attend the hearing in an attempt-to-murder case Under Section 307 IPC at 9:45 AM. The hearing was scheduled for 10:30 AM. The two entered in an argument inside the court premises on a trivial issue. Soon after, an incensed Khaja took out a small knife from his pocket and stabbed Kondaiah repeatedly.
The brutal stabbing left the other people at the spot numb and before they could react, Khaja made good his escape from the spot. The policemen who were at the court alerted their colleagues. Kondaiah was rushed to hospital where the doctors confirmed that he had died in the attack. The police registered a new case against Khaja Under Section 302 IPC. Attempts to nab him are underway.
