Missing forex employee found dead, Rs 5 lakh stolen Nalgonda, Oct 10 (INN): The body of a man from Hyderabad, who had been missing since the past three days, along with Rs 5 lakh in cash, was found at Chikati Mamidi, Bommala Ramaram mandal in Nalgoda district. According to Sub-Inspection Narasimha Raju, the victim, Chaitanya (32), was an employee of Central Foreign Exchange in Somajiguda and was resident of Old-Bowenpally in Hyderabad. Chaitanya had left home for office on October 6. He did not however turn up at the office. His worried parents had lodged a complaint with the Bowenpally police after waiting for him later that day.
Chaitanyas father Lakshman Rao had stated in his complaint that Chaitanya was carrying Rs 5 lakh with him in a bag. The money belonged to the firm he worked in. The body was found on October 7 in Nalgonda but was identified only on Sunday. The body had been shifted to a hospital for autopsy. According to the postmortem report, Chaitanya was strangled. A case has been registered. Police believe that Chaitanya was murdered for the money he carried.
