Software company bosses flee with employees money Hyderabad, Nov 8 (INN): Angry employees of Bloom Soft-Tech vent their fury on the furniture left behind by the owners of the company after their employers vanished into thin air with their security deposits of Rs 30,000 each. According to the employees of the company located at Siddarth Bharti Complex, Lakdi-ka-Pul, they had made security deposits of Rs 30,000 each at the time of their selection. Pramod Kumar, one of the victim told INN that the software solutions company was set up by one Mohammed Mustaffa with Vivek and Sonam as partners. The employees were told that they would be returned the security deposits at the end of one year of employment. Some employees further claimed that they had not been given salaries from the last two months.
Another victim Sonakshi said that she had worked in the organization on Thursday and had taken a break for Diwali. Coming back to work on Monday, she was aghast to find that she was among the 500 odd persons who had been cheated. According to another victim Hajera, she tried to contact the three officials on their mobile phones. She found out that their phones were deactivated. The owners had even removed the costly furniture and appliances in the company office. Conservative estimates put the total money which the company bosses managed to dupe their employees at around Rs 1.5 crore. The duped employees filed a complaint with the Saifabad police against the Managing Director Mohammed Mustafa, Human Resources Manager Vivek and CEO Sonam. Further investigations are on.
