Contractor murders two for delaying on payments Hyderabad, Nov 16 (INN): In a gruesome incident, a contractor, along with his associates brutally killed his business partners who had failed to pay their share of investments in time under Rajendernagar police station limits late on Monday night. According to Inspector K Rambhopal Rao, the contractor Yellaiah was angry at M Balaraju (40) a butcher selling pork, and Kishan (45) a fruit vendor who had engaged his services to develop a plot of land they owned in Upparpalli in Rajendernagar. The two were residents of Kachiguda and Saroor Nagar respectively.
The two had paid half of the agreed on amount to Yellaiah and were dillydallying on the remaining payment. Yellaiah stated that they used to him to visit them every few days for balance payment by making false promises. His patience having run out, Yellaiah decided to take his revenge by killing them. He took the help of three persons in his revenge bid.
Late on Monday night, when both Raju and Kishan were returning home from the site on a motorcycle, Yellaiah and his associates stopped them. They threw chilli powder into the eyes of both the victims and hit them on their head with iron rods. The attack left the two fallen on the ground.
The assailants then stabbed the victims in their stomachs and proceeded to smash their heads with boulders. Police believe that the faces were smashed to make identification difficult. The killers then fled from the spot. Police reached the spot on getting information and took up further investigations. A case has been registered under section 302 IPC against Yellaiah and his yet-to-be identified associates.
