BJP celebrates victory in Bihar polls Hyderabad, Nov 24 (INN): Bharatiya Janata Party activists on Wednesday celebrated the party's victory in Bihar Assembly elections by distributing sweets and cakes amidst the bursting of firecrackers at the party office. Talking to media persons, BJP state president Kishen Reddy said that people of Bihar state have rejected the Congress party and gave a fitting reply to other parties like Rashtriya Janata Dal and Lok Janshakti Party.
He added that even after All India Congress Committee general secretary Rahul Gandhi's campaign in 24 Assembly segments, the people of state rejected Congress and elected Janata Dal (United) led by Nitesh Kumar and BJP candidates in all constituencies. The BJP president expressed confidence that National Democratic Alliance led by BJP would form government at the Centre in next general elections to be held in 2014.
