Three Jana Shakthi Naxals held Khammam, Nov 29 (INN): Police officials late on Sunday night arrested three suspected Naxals during their combing operations in Yellandu in Khammam and Warangal district. According to Inspector Saibaba Prasad, the police came across three persons moving under suspicious circumstances during their combing operations at Yellandu. The three were subsequently questioned. They confessed that they were affiliated to the Naxalite movement.
According to sources, they were believed to be affiliated to the Jana Sakhti. The three were identified as Maddi Babu (32), Yeta Kumara Swamy (40) and P Tirupati (26). Based on their revelations, the police have launched a man-hunt to nab A Rajaiah, Mahesh, Ravi, Kurra Rajanna and Vema Bharathi. Some arms have also been recovered at their instance, police said, but did not clarify. A case Under Sections 120 (B) IPC and 12 1 (A) Arms Act was registered against them. Further investigations are on.
