Two engineering students killed in road mishap
Hyderabad, Dec 8 INN): Two engineering students died when their two-wheeler collided with a car near Shameerpet on the outskirts of the city on Wednesday. According to Shameerpet police, the deceased have been identified as Suresh and Prashanth who were studying engineering from the Amina Institute of Technology in Ranga Reddy district. The mishap took place when the students were returning to their room in Tumukunta after attending classes in college.
A car knocked down their two-wheeler at Shameerpet, killing Prashanth on the spot. The seriously injured Suresh was shifted to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment. Prashanth hailed from Angadipeta in Medchal mandal while Suresh belonged to Manchiryala in Adilabad district, police said. Shameerpet police have registered a case against car driver.
