LPG cylinder explodes, 5 injured
Hyderabad, Feb 12 (INN): Five persons sustained injuries and a house partially damaged in a domestic gas cylinder explosion which took place at Kamala Nagar in Anantapur district on Saturday.
According to police, the cylinder exploded as the housewife Anasuyamma tried to ignite the stove without noticing the gas leakage. Five persons, including three children sustained injuries in the mishap. Among the injured, the condition of two persons is stated to be serious. All the five have been admitted to government hospital in Anantapur. The house was partially damaged in the explosion.
