Beggar bludgeoned to death
Hyderabad, Feb 14 (INN): A beggar was murdered by unknown persons under the SR Nagar police station limits. According to Inspector Krishna Murthy, the victim has been identified as a male aged about 35 to 40. On Sunday night, the deceased was sleeping on Yellamma temple outside the shed. Unknown persons smashed his head with boulders and he was died on the spot. Police registered a case under Section 302 IPC.
Two die in separate bike mishaps
Hyderabad, Feb 14 (INN): A private hospital compounder died when his motorcycle was knocked down by a lorry near KPHB Cross road under the Kukatpally police station limits on Sunday. According to the police, the victim has been identified as R Harish (26), working as compounder at Mamata Hospital and a resident of Shanthi Nagar, Kukatpally. Police registered a case under Section 304A IPC.
In another incident, an employee died when his motorcycle hit a road divider at Pedda Amberpet cross road under the Hayathnagar police station limits on Monday. According to Sub inspector S Surender, the victim has been identified as N Ravi (38), a resident of Ramanthapur. Police registered a case under Section 304A IPC and the body was shifted to Osmania Hospital for postmortem.
