SCR launches weekly express Hyderabad, Feb 24 (INN): The South Central Railways on Thursday launched the Bhubaneshwar-Pune-Bhubaneshwar Weekly Super Fast Express. In its inaugural run, Train No 2582 Bhubaneshwar-Pune Weekly Super Fast Express departed from Bhubaneshwar at 11.30 AM on Thursday and will arrive at Pune at 7 PM on Friday.
In the return direction, Train No 2582 Pune-Bhubaneshwar Weekly Super Fast Express will depart from Pune at 11 PM on Friday and arrive at Bhubaneshwar at 5:30 AM on Sunday. However, the regular service of Train No 2582/2581 Bhubaneshwar-Pune-Bhubaneshwar will commence from March 1, Ex-Bhubaneshwar on March 1,2011 and Ex-Pune from 3rd March,2011.
Accordingly, Train No 2582 Bhubaneshwar-Pune Weekly Super Fast Express will depart Bhubaneshwar at 10.15 PM on every Tuesday and arrive at Pune at 5 AM on Thursdays. In the return direction, Train No 2582 Pune-Bhubaneshwar Weekly Super Fast Express will depart depart from Pune at 11.15 PM on every Thursday and arrive at Bhubaneshwar at 5.35 PM on Friday.
Enroute, these special trains will stop at Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Vizianagaram, , Duvvada, Anakapalli, Tuni, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Guntur,Nalgonda, Secunderabad, Wadi, Gulburga and Solapur in both the directions. These special trains will have One AC II Tier, One AC III Tier, Eight Sleeper Class and Four General Second Class accommodation and two Luggage Cum Brake Vans totaling to sixteen.
