CPI leader Dharma Bhiksham condition deteriorats, in ICU Hyderabad, Feb 25 (INN): Veteran Communist Party of India leader and former Nalgonda MP Bommagani Dharma Bhiksham on Friday was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit of Kamineni Hospital in LB Nagar as his condition deteriorated. According to hospital sources, the health of the former MP, who was admitted to hospital with various ailments four days ago, took a turn for the worse on Friday.
Doctors described his condition as 'serious'. They said that he is presently undergoing treatment in ICU. Bommagani Dharma Bhiksham (89) got elected as a MP twice in 1991 and 1996 from Nalgonda Parliamentary constituency. Earlier, he represented the Communist Party of India in the state Assembly three times.
