According to Sub-inspector K Yadagiri, the victim has been identified as Mithun Kumar Agarwal (30), a resident of Professors Colony, Malakpet. Unable to bear financial losses suffered in business, on Saturday night Agarwal committed suicide by hanging himself to kitchen roof. Police registered a case under Section 174 CRPC and shifted his body to Osmania Hospital for postmortem.
Man kills self after son's death
Hyderabad, March 6 (INN): Unable to digest his son's death in a road accident on Friday, a Government employee committed suicide by hanging to a ceiling fan at his residence under Rajendranagar police station limits on Sunday. According to Sub-inspector B Kotaiah, the victim has been identified as K Lachaiah alias Laxmaiah (55), a resident of Rajendranagar and working in A G College. Laxmaiah's son Ram Mohan died in road accident on Friday afternoon. Police registered a case under Section 174 CRPC and the body was shifted to Osmania Hospital for postmortem.
Boy drowns in sump
Hyderabad, March 6 (INN): A boy died after he accidentally fell down into water sump under Chandrayangutta police station limits. According to Inspector P Venkatagiri, the victim was a nine-year-old boy. The boy fell down into sump while playing in an under-construction building at Indiranagar, Chandrayangutta on Sunday. Police registered a case under Section 174 CRPC and the body was shifted to Osmania hospital for postmortem.
Unable to meet lover, girl kills self
Hyderabad, March 6 (INN): A girl committed suicide by pouring kerosene on her body and setting herself ablaze under Alwal police station limits. According to Inspector K Srinivas Rao, the victim has been identified as Pallavi Rajani (15), daughter of Yadagiri and a resident of Ambedkar nagar, Old Alwal. She died while undergoing treatment at Gandhi hospital on Saturday. According to police, she fell in love with one Raju. When Rajani father warned her not to meet him, mentally depressed Rajini committed suicide by pouring kerosene. Police registered a case under Section 174 CRPC.
Unidentified man found murdered
Hyderabad, March 6 (INN): The body of an unidentified male body was recovered under Ghatkesar police station limits on Saturday night. According to Ghatkesar Police Inspector Ch Srikanth, the victim was aged about 25 to 30 and was clad in a blue shirt and brown trousers. The body found at Annojiguda village, Survey no 25 near graveyard. The head of the victim was smashed with boulder, police said. Police registered a case under Section 302, 201 IPC and shifted body to Gandhi Hospital for postmortem.
