GHMC seals top business showrooms at IMAX, GVK One Hyderabad, March 8 (INN): As part of the surprise inspections carried out by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation on Tuesday, a special team headed by a GHMC Joint Commissioner visited the famous IMAX theatre and GVK One Mall premises and seized certain trades running without licences there.
The special team, consisting of Joint Commissioner (Health and Sanitation), GHMC along with the Health staff of Circle No 10, GHMC inspected the IMAX theatre and GVK Mall premises. They noticed that certain establishments are running without having valid trade license as required under Sec 521 of the HMC Act, 1955. The special teams temporarily seized the establishments on the premises.
The ten establishments seized include Ohris, McDonalds, Scary House, Peppe Jeans Showroom. The ten establishments at the GVK One Mall include Louis Phillippe show room, Allen Solley, Spirit, Stanza, Fun House, Mustard, Wills Life Style, Sub Way and other garment stores.
The GHMC cautioned the traders to renew their trade licenses immediately to avoid inconvenience to their business, as 100 teams have been deployed to take action on the trades which have not renewed or not having the trade license. Further, the GHMC said that this was the Final Notice to all the traders in GHMC limits towards making the trade license payments along with the bulk garbage charges and penalties.
