Holi to be celebrated at Bharatiya Temple in PA Chalfont, Pennsylvania: Bharatiya Temple in Chalfont, PA is going to have a day long religious programs and Holi celebrations on Saturday 19th, Harnath Doddapaneni, Chairman of the Cultural Committee of the Temple informed in a Press Note.
Holi Celebrations will start at 7:30 pm with Holi Dahan Puja (Outside) and colors festival, music Program, and dancing will start at 8 PM.
Devotees are not permitted to bring own Holi colors and temple will provide the colors. Devotees are requested to play colors only in the tent and not inside hall and temple. Due to large attendance a special parking arrangements have been made for additional parking at Montgomery Elementary School on Stump Road. The shuttle service will also be available to and from the school. Devotees are requested to carpool. Devotees are requested not to block entrances and exits while parking.
There will be a Satyanarayan Katha program at 5:30 pm and Shiva Puja at 7:15 pm before the Holi celebrations, Harnath said.
Bharatiya Temple is also celebrating Ugadi, Baisakhi, Gudi Padwa, Puthandu and Naba Barsha in April.
