NATA explaining its efforts in Tri-Valley incident to the public New Jersey: North American Telugu Association (NATA) is continuing its efforts in providing assistance to the students affected by the closure of Tri-Valley University. NATA Public Relations Committee Chair Mahesh Bigala appeared on a popular Telugu Television program and discussed with NRI viewers and some students affected in the Tri-Valley incident.
Along with the TV anchor, many callers have asked questions and Mahesh Bigala responded about NATA's assistance to the affected students. He also mentioned various steps NATA took including arranging the conference call with attorney Rajiv Khanna, meeting with Foreign Affairs Minster SM Krishna and officials at Indian Embassy. Viewers and callers were happy with NATA's continued efforts in working closely with attorneys and other organizations to get the desired help to these students.
NATA President AVN Reddy has created a task force comprising of Mahender Musuku (BOD), Mohan Patalolla (BOD), Mahesh Bigala (PR Chair), Srinivas Ganagoni (Community Services Chair) and other members to specifically focus on helping Tri-Valley students.
