Sub-registrar arrested after ACB raid Hyderabad, April 11 (INN): Sleuths of the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday raided the Sub-Registrars office and discovered unaccounted cash to the tune of Rs 78,000 from the premises.
According to sources, the ACB sleuths also arrested Sub-Registrar KV Ramesh and four others. The raids were still on at the time of filing this report. Earlier, a team of ACB sleuths, led by DSP C Krishna raided the Sub-Registrars office at Moosaram Bagh and discovered the unaccounted cash.
The team took Mr KV Ramesh, his assistant Raju and three others. The arrested persons were being interrogated. The other three accused have been identified as Abdul Basith, Jibran and Ayub. The raids were still in progress.
