Teenage girl abducted and raped
Hyderabad: A girl who went to a place of worship was allegedly abducted in broad daylight from near the Narayanguda police station and sexually assaulted by unknown persons on Sunday.
The woman, who lives in an old age home at Ramnagar, went to the place of worship near Shanti theatre, a stone's throw from the police station, along with her mother, a visually challenged woman. The girl is said to have completed Intermediate.
Police said she had received a call and left her mother at the place of worship, saying she had to meet a friend. She was picked up by some persons waiting in a car outside the premises. They later left her bleeding at the place of worship. Police formed three teams to nab the culprits.
