Intermediate students commits suicide Hyderabad: Ahead of Intermediate II year results announcement, a student of Sri Chaitanya Junior College committed suicide by jumping from top of the building on Wednesday fearing that he might fail.
Around 7 pm, the student, Raja Reddy, went to the 4th floor of the building and jumped down. Reddy, a boarding student, has been in the hostel taking coaching for the upcoming Eamcet exam. Kukatpally police said the Raja Reddy did not leave any suicide note.
Raja Reddy, it is learnt, had told several of his friends and family members that he was fearing an adverse result in Intermediate exams. 'Raja Reddy told some of his friends that the adverse result in Intermediate might affect his prospects in Eamcet,' police said.
