Murder conspiracy foiled, three held Hyderabad, April 30 (INN): Task Force sleuths on Saturday nabbed a notorious rowdy sheeter and his two associates for conspiring to murder another rowdy sheeter. The police also seized a revolver with 4 live rounds from the possession of the accused.
According to Inspector RG Siva Murthi, the accused persons were identified as Shaik Mahamood (42), Mohammed Ameen Parvez (45) and Abdul Samad (52), who conspired to kill a rowdy sheeter Mahamood.
Shaik Mahamood, Nizamuddin Ansari and Mahamood all are notorious Rowdy Sheeters. They also are land dealers.
Shaik Mahamood entered into an agreement without informing Gora Mahamood of a land at Ramanthpur and refuse to give him demanded commission. Following this, Gora Mahamood developed grudge against him and hatched a plan to eliminate Shaik Mahamood and waiting for an opportunity.
Shaik Mahamood requested Nizam to join his team and help in commit murder of Gora Mahamood after knowing that he is planning to eliminate him.
Police said that Shaik Mahamood hatched conspiracy to eliminate Gora Mahamood by engaging two hired killers Mohammed Ameen Parvez and Abdul Samad and offered them Rs 1,50,000 as advance and procured a Fire Arms (Country Made Revolver) and 4-live rounds, when he was a resident of Gulbarga in Karnataka state.
Recently he came to Hyderabad and since then he carried Fire Arms (Country made Revolver) and 4-live rounds. He also was observing the movements of Gora Mahamood and was waiting for an opportunity to eliminate him.
He along with his associated Parveez and Samad were waiting at the Green Bawarchi Hotel at Habsiguda Crossroads when they were arrested. The arrested accused along with seized materials handed over to the Station House Officer Osmania University Police station for further action.
