Three killed as motorcycle rams into lorry Medak, May 4 (INN): Three persons were killed on spot when a speeding motor cycle hit an unidentified vehicle at Kandi village, Sangareddy mandal in Medak district, during the wee hours of Wednesday.
According to Sangareddy Town Sub-Inspector Raghu, the mishap occurred when a speeding motor cycle on which the three victims were travelling rammed into an unidentified vehicle. Police surmise that as yet to unidentified vehicle could be a lorry. The motorcycle rider is believed to have lost control over his vehicle.
Mr Raghu further revealed that victims were identified as Prashanth (23), Ravindra Goud (22) and Basavaraju (25). They were residents of Hyderabad.
The victims were on their way to Sangareddy from Hyderabad on some work late on Tuesday night when the incident took place. The bodies have been shifted to a government hospital for autopsies. Further investigations are on and a case has been registered.
