Rowdy-sheeter held with ganja Hyderabad, May 17 (INN): Task Force sleuths apprehended a notorious rowdy sheeter, known to be a close associate of gangster Khaiser and seized about 1 kilo gram of ganja and a motorcycle from his possession.
According to Inspector J Narsaiah, the arrest of Mohammed Abdul Waheed was made based on a tip-off at Seven Tombs, Golconda.
Abdul Waheed is a close associate of notorious rowdy-sheeter Khaiser and is involved in 9 criminal cases which include 3 murder cases, 2 rape cases, 2 Arms Act cases, hurt case and theft case in Hyderabad and Cyberabad limits.
In November, Khaisar hatched murder conspiracy to eliminate rowdy sheeter Fazal due to rivalry. Waheed along with Khaiser, Osman, Ibrahim, Majeed, Chaku Naseer, Kulchan Yousuf and Tabrez planned and attacked Fazal with knives and swords and killed him near Nampally Criminal Courts. In this case all were arrested and sent to Chanchalguda jail.
In the month of March, 2011 Waheed was released on bail and from them addicted to ganja. On Tuesday, he went to Alkapur area and procured about 1 Kg ganja from an unknown person for his personal use and came to Seven Tombs, Golconda where he was nabbed by the Task Force sleuths.
In the above case the accused person along with seized property was handed over to Station House Officer Golconda Police Station Hyderabad for taking further necessary action.
