TANTEX silver jubilee celebrations held in a grand way
Dallas, Fortworth: Silver Jubille celebrations of Telugu Association of North Texas (TANTEX) held here in a grand scale under the supervision of Silver Jubilee celebrations committee president NMS Reddy and Cultural wind president Subramanyam Jonnalagadda. The two day celebrations marked with emphasis on Telugu culture and tradition have drawn huge number of non-resident Telugu people from Texas state.
The organisation found 25 years ago with a motive to protect Telugu language and culture among Telugu people living in North Texas has earned a great reputation as one of the best Telugu organisation striving to protect Telugu language and culture in US of America. During its 25 years of existence TANTEX conducted number of programmes to propogate the Telugu language and culture.
On the eve of TANTEX Silver Jubilee celebrations its secretary Vijaya Mohan Kakarla has hosted a special banquet for the patrons and prime patrons of TANTEX. Welcoming the guests to the banquet, Prasad Reddy Mallu shared the happiest moments of TANTEX with them.
President NMS Reddy expressed happines in conducting the Silver Jubilee celebrations in such a grand scale and thanked all the donors and patrons for making this event a grand success. on this occassion Narsaraopet MP M.Venugopala Reddy formally launched the cultural programmes.
The cultural programmes like Odessy dance, Kuchipudi dance, Ramachari and his desciples songs performance followed by a Drama enthralled the audience. TANTEX vice-president Suresh Manduva proposed vote of thanks.
