28 children fall sick due to food poisoning
Hyderabad, Sept 04 (INN): At least 28 children fell sick after they ate contaminated food at a roadside hotel at Janapriya Nagar in Miyapur locality.
The children suddenly started vomiting and complained of stomach ache after eating the morning breakfast brought from the hotel.
The parents immediately rushed their wards to Osmania General Hospital. However, the children were then referred to the Niloufer Hospital for treatment.
According to hospital sources, the condition of two children is stated to be critical. After preliminary examination and symptoms, the doctors attributed the children's sudden vomiting and stomach ache to food poisoning.
