Relatives blame doctors' negligence for man's death Hyderabad, Sept 13 (INN): A 35-year-old man, Santosh, died allegedly due to the negligence of doctors at the ESI Hospital on Tuesday morning. According to Sanjeev Reddy Nagar police, Santosh, an employee of a private firm, approached the ESI Hospital on Sunday complaining of chest pain.
After primary check up, he left for his house. However, he developed severe pain in the evening and was admitted at the ESI Hospital. He died on Tuesday morning.
Although the doctors maintained that Santosh died due to natural causes, his relatives created ruckus in the hospital. Following a complaint by the relatives, the SR Nagar police registered a case of death under suspicious circumstances and shifted his body to the Gandhi Hospital mortuary for autopsy.
Police say that further action would be taken based on the post-mortem report.
