TAL dancers perform at ID celebrations in London
 London: India's Independence Day celebrations were held under the aegis of ICCR - Nehru Centre at Indian Gymkhana Club in London on September 18.
Traditional dances and recipes of each state in India were performed and displayed as part of I Day celebrations. Folk dances performed by the dancers of Telugu Association of London (TAL) were the highlight of I Day celebrations.
Chief Guest of the celebrations Indian diplomat Rajesh Prasad while prasing the artists representing different states has specially appreciated Telugu Folk dance and artists.
Telugu folk dance performance were conducted under the guidance of TAL Cultural Centre dance teacher Smt. Meera and her students Ishwarya, Pooja, Suvarchala. TAL Women's wing secretary Smt. Dharmavati organised the folk dance performances.
