Burglars decamp with gold and cash
Hyderabad, Oct 07 (INN): Burglars committed a theft of gold and cash from a house when the inmates were away for Dasara celebrations. According to Vanasthalipuram police, the complainant Santosh Reddy, a real estate agent and financier, on Thursday went to his relative's house along with other family members to celebrate Dassera festival.
On Friday morning, when the house-maid arrived she noticed that the lock was broken. She immediately informed Santosh Reddy who in turn called up the police. The burglars have decamped away with gold jewellery of about 5-6 tolas and nearly Rs 15,000 cash. Police have started investigations into the case.
