Thief held, stolen jewellery recovered
Hyderabad, Oct 20 (INN): The City Police on Thursday arrested one alleged thief and recovered stolen gold jewellery worth Rs 85,000 from his possession.
According to Moghalpura police, the accused D Narender alias 'Wanted' was arrested for allegedly committing theft of gold jewellery from the house of one Krishna Devi at Sultan Shahi.
The accused also lives in the same locality. On September 17 while Krishna Devi went to hospital along with her husband and grandson, the accused committed the theft by breaking the lock. On a tip off, the police arrested Narender and recovered the stolen gold jewellery.
