AVDP invites aspiring actors for short film in Minneapolis
 Plymouth, MN, USA: AV Digital Production invites aspiring actors and actresses to an audition for character roles in their planned 45-60 min short film. The genre of the film is drama.
The date, time and venue are as below:
30th Oct 2011, Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm
Venue: Vicksburg Village Apartment, 15730 Rockford Road, Plymouth, MN 55446
The story happens in Minneapolis and most of the characters listed below are of Indian origin. The character roles and description are as below:
1) Male - Early to mid thirties. Should speak an Indian language, preferably Hindi.
2) Male - Mid to late twenties. Should speak an Indian language, preferably Hindi.
3) Male - Mid to late twenties. Should speak an Indian language, preferably Telugu.
4) Female - Early twenties. Should speak an Indian language, preferably Tamil or Malayalam.
5) Female - Early to mid thirties. American born, US accent.
6) Male - Mid to late twenties. Should speak an Indian language, preferably Tamil.
7) Male - Age does not matter, speak any Indian language.
8) Female - Lady in forties or fifties.
9) Male - Gentleman in forties or fifties
10) Boy - 10-12 years old
11) Girl - 10-12 years old
We seek individuals who have a passion for acting and who are ready to commit the time needed to complete this fun project.
There is no monetary compensation for any role you play. You will be given credits in the film and a copy of the film as compensation.
The shooting is planned for the 4 week-ends in November (Saturday & Sunday) 9:00am-6:00pm in locations around twin cities. If we are unable to complete the shooting as planned, this can go to December but we will try to avoid that.
As this is a project that needs a great deal of co-ordination, please make sure you are committed to the above time lines.
If you cannot commit on all week-ends, we can consider you only for minor roles based on the availability.
