Domestic servants held for theft Hyderabad, Oct 31 (INN): The Tukaramgate police on Monday arrested two domestic servants including a woman on the charges of committing theft at their employer's house.
According to Tukaramgate police, the accused - 18-year-old Bharati and 25-year-old Dorababu, both natives of Rajahmundry used to work as domestic servants in a house in Balamrai Society in Mahindra Hills.
In a planned manner, they started stealing valuables from their employer's home. On suspicion, the employer lodged a complaint with the police and during searches police recovered 30 tolas of gold, silver plates and a second-hand vehicle which Dorababu purchased from the stolen money. A case of theft has been registered against both the accused and they are being remanded to judicial custody.
