Dussehra Deepavali festival event in Connecticut

Connecticut, USA: Telugu Association of Connecticut (TACT) celebrated Dussehra and Deepavali festivals in a grand manner on 19th November. Around 500 Telugu people participated in the colorful program.
Rao Yalamanchili presided over for the event. Kids from Sri Ramana Maharshi Blind School from Bangalore performed classical dance programs on the stage. All the participants were amazed and surprised by the skills and talent presented by the blind kids and donated generously for the Blind School.
A lot of kids participated in various programs in the event including fancy dress competition, Telugu speaking and drawing. Rao Yalamanchili requested everyone to encourage their kids to speak Telugu at home.
Artists from New Jersey performed Srinivasa Kalyanam in the most memorable manner. Participants appreciated and enjoyed the event till the end.
