Cyberabad CP for change in policing attitude Hyderabad, July 6 (INN): Cyberabad Commissioner CV Anand on Saturday asked the police inspectors of Cyberabad Commissionerate to change from rural policing attitude to Urban policing attitude.
Addressing a meeting, which was attended by 103 out of inspectors along with their ACsP and DCsP, Anand asked the officials to change the policing attitude.
He has opined that after 10 years of Commissionerate existence there was a need to change from rural policing attitude to urban policing attitude. He instructed all the SHOs that they should develop rapport with P.S. Staff and reception centers to be manned by WPCs and WHGs.
With regard to visible policing, the Commissioner marked one principle as 'to be seen in your areas'. He suggested that all SHOs and Sector SIs should visit their respective areas every day evening for two hours for vehicle checkup, presence at junctions, at Sub-Controls.
