Flesh trade at Gachibowli guest house busted HYDERABAD: Cyberabad Special Operation Team (SOT) conducted raids on a guest house in Gachibowli and arrested a 25-year-old person for operating a brothel racket online and rescued two Mumbai-based girls.
However, another person involved in the offence is absconding. According to police, acting on a tip-off, a team of officials raided Chanakya Guest House at Gachibowli and apprehended its manager A Prasad, along with two girls from Mumbai. Prasad in collusion with one Sahil alias Sai was running an online prostitution racket, one SOT official said.
Previously, Sahil was also involved in a kidnap case reported in Uppal police limits, wherein he, along with three others, attacked an employees of a rescue home in Ramanthapur and kidnapped two women, who were earlier rescued from brothels.
Sahil used to run the racket through Internet in collusion with the owners and managers of various guest houses, the SOT official said, adding that the rescued girls, along with the accused, were handed over to Raidurgam police for further investigation.
