Hut-dweller burnt alive due to Diwali crackers
Hyderabad, Nov 3 (INN): In a tragic case, a 50-year-old woman was burnt alive when the hut where was asleep caught fire due to a Diwali cracker.
The incident happened in Ramakrishna Nagar Huts of Erra Manzil in the interening night of Saturday and Sunday. According to Panjagutta police, the deceased, K Nagamani, was killed in the fire that engulfed her hut in a short time. A few other adjacent huts were also damaged in the fire although no one was injured in the incident.
