Elaborate arrangements for India Aviation show Hyderabad, March 14 (INN): Elaborate arrangements are being made for the smooth conduct of fifth Edition of International Exhibition & Conference on Civil Aviation ' India Aviation ' 2016, scheduled from 16th to 20th March at Begumpet Airport.
It is expected to be a mega event and will have high profile participation both from domestic and international level. For this event, Metro and GHMC have reduced its workspace between Patny Centre to Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet and increased road carriageway for smoother traffic flow.
President of India Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate the event on 16th March on the theme India's Civil Aviation Sector: Potential a Global Manufacturing & MRO Hub at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad. According to DCP North Zone N. Prakash Reddy, the dignitaries who are extended invitations may attend the event, only on invitation basis from Aviation Ministry.
In view of visit of Hon'ble President of India to Hyderabad, City Police arranged elaborate security arrangements in and around the Begumpet Airport with the below mentioned force.
A total of 632 Police Personnel will perform Bandobast duty in view of visit of President of India. They include 4 ACPs, 24 Inspectors, 72 SI/ASI, 64 Head Constables, 280 Constables, 20 WPC/WHG, 60 Home Guards, five platoons of Armed Reserve and one platoon of WHG. CC Cameras are also installed at important points and to avoid traffic congestion parking places are also earmarked. Police Control room is also arranged at the venue. In view of the VVIP Security aspect City Police will coordinate with Central forces
On 17th & 18th March, VIPs and Business invites only will be allowed in the event/Show of International Exhibition and conference on Civil Aviation.
On 19th & 20th March, General Public will be allowed to view the event. Special Traffic movements are arranged for entrance and exit to Begumpet Airport. Tickets can be purchased in website. www.bookmyshow.com and website www.india-aviation.in and Axis banks only.
