Why Tomorrow Is Very Crucial For Roja?
Andhra Pradesh-Telangana joint High Court here on Wednesday reserved its decision in YSR Congress Party MLA R.K. Roja's suspension case for Thursday. Its known that Roja has moved to high court challenging her suspension from assembly. The high court today heard the arguments from the Roja's counsel and reserved the decision in pending for tomorrow.
Initially high court has rejected to take up the plea.On Tuesday, the Supreme Court directed the Andhra Pradesh-Telangana High Court to take up for hearing the plea of YSR Congress MLA R K Roja on urgent basis.
Roja was suspended from AP Assembly for a full year, which is against the rules, the petitioner argued and urged the court to suspend the MLA's suspension immediately so that she could attend the ongoing budget session.With the Supreme Court giving a strong order in her favour and high court reserving the decision she is now expecting a favourable judgement in the High Court. If High court delivers the decision on her favour Roja may attend the ongoing budget sessions.
