Based on the key findings of the Pre-Labs, the Lab sessions were organized to analyse, discuss and debate and bring out deliverable outcomes which need to be implemented both at the policy and field levels. The inaugural ceremony was chaired by the Chief Secretary S.P.Tucker on the 29th February, 2016.
