Assembly will be ready by Aug 15: Narayana
Vijayawada, April 3 (INN): Municipal Administration Minister Dr. P. Narayana said that the construction of new Assembly building of Andhra Pradesh would be completed by August 15 this year.
Speaking to media persons here on Sunday, the minister said that the next Assembly session would be held in State's new capital Amravati. He said that the State Government has finalised the design of Assembly building and the construction works would begin next week.
The minister said the State's new temporary Secretariat would be ready by June 15 and all official works would be executed from the new premises. He said nearly 4,500 employees would be shifted to the temporary Secretariat in the phase.
