TS Government signs MOU with KDX
Hyderabad, April 15 (INN): The Information Technology Electronics and Communications (ITE&C) Department of Government of Telangana signed an MOU with Kangde Xin Composite Material Co., LTD (known as KDX) and the " Aries EPICA Electronics LLC " to manufacture glasses free 3D screens, mobiles, televisions, electronics and home appliances in Telangana.
A team of both companies met IT Minister K Tarakarama Rao at his residence in Begumpet on Friday. The team explained about their joint venture investment and expansion plans in Telangana, and appraised about the company portfolio ranging from manufacturing electronic devices to content production for the entertainment industry.
The Minister welcomed the KDX- EPICA to the state and assured all possible to realise the investment plans in the shortest possible time.
KDX Group Vice-Chairman for 3D Displays Biao Zhang presented the companies glasses free 3D screen mobile phone to the minister and showcased their unique technology features.
The KDX. along with Aries EPICA, has agreed establish its manufacturing facility in Telangana. The JV Partners KDX 'ARIES EPICA will manufacture Glasses 3D related consumer & non-consumer electronics products including Tablets, Mobile phones and Display units.
The State Government has agreed to assist KDX ' Aries EPICA JV in establishing their manufacturing operations in the state. The KDX 'Aries EPICA will employ Talent Pool available in the state of Telangana. The State Government will extend all incentives, subsidies to the KDX 'Aries EPICA as per the Electronic Hardware Policy and Policy for Mobile Manufacturers, wherever applicable.
